Located in the City of Stratford, Ontario, Festival City Adult Living Support Organization are always looking for dedicated, reliable Service Providers looking to make a real difference in the lives of the adults within FCALSO community in assisting them in living a life of inclusion within their communities and enhance their Journey to Belonging.

Successful Service Providers will offer Person Centered Care to our adults, aiding the with meal preparation, community outings, work or volunteering experiences, daily programming and maintaining their own home.

​

Qualifications of successful Service Providers are:

PSW or DSW (or similar diploma or certificate)

Valid Canadian Drivers License

Ability to work flexible shifts

Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Experience working with adults with varying abilities.
